Camryn Arnold

Exercise Physiologist

Camryn is an Exercise Physiologist (B.CEP [Hons]) who enjoys helping individuals build confidence with movement and exercise, regardless of clinical starting point or prior experience. During her early career experience, she has worked with clients of all ages in sporting and non-sporting contexts who are living with neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Through this work, Camryn has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of adaptive exercise prescription to meet diverse physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.

Camryn takes a collaborative, evidence-based, and educative approach to exercise physiology. She is passionate about tailoring interventions to suit each person’s previous exercise experience and goals, while fostering confidence and autonomy in the gym. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, supporting NDIS participants, working with adolescents and older adults, and also supporting women to maximise energy and maintain injury-free fitness through their important life stages. Her aim is to empower clients to feel capable, informed, and comfortable with exercise, supporting long-term participation and longevity of movement across their lifespan.

Beyond the clinic, Camryn enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Luna, relaxing at the beach, and visiting local markets with friends.
