Senior Physiotherapist
Kristen Eales – Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist
Kristen is a Senior Physiotherapist with more than 10 years experience, graduating from the
University of Queensland in 2014. She has also completed further post-graduate training
holding dual Masters in the fields of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and is an
APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
As a seasoned practitioner, Kristen has extensive experience managing a range of
musculoskeletal and sporting conditions including headache and neck pain, lower back pain,
bone stress injuries, osteoarthritis, muscle strains, temporomandibular dysfunction (jaw
pain), tendinopathies as well as acute and chronic shoulder, hip and knee conditions.
She currently tutors Undergraduate and Graduate Entry Masters Physiotherapy students at
the University of Queensland and is also an Educator with Polestar Pilates Australia teaching
their courses throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist
Mitch has a keen interest in lower limb injuries, sport rehabilitation and athletic performance. When not working you can find Mitch training, eating Brisbane’s finest pastries, or heading to the beach for a weekend away. More about Mitch here.
