Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours)
Ollie is a passionate and driven Exercise Physiologist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries, sporting injuries and rehabilitation, injury prevention, and promoting wellness and movement. With a lifelong involvement in sport and performance-based training, Ollie brings both clinical knowledge and lived experience to the practice.
Having competed at a high level in schoolboy rugby union and at a national level in track and field, specialising in high jump and sprinting, Ollie understands the demands of sport, the frustration of injury, and the power of targeted rehabilitation. His background spans a variety of training modalities including swimming, running, triathlons, boxing, high-intensity functional training, and general strength and conditioning training - giving him a well-rounded understanding of athletic performance across disciplines.
While completing his degree in Exercise Physiology, Ollie also worked as a swim coach for both children and adults. This experience deepened his understanding of movement patterns, and further strengthened his communication skills, patience, and ability to adapt programs to suit different confidence levels and abilities in the water.
Ollie graduated from the University of Queensland with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with Honours in mid-2025, and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love - becoming stronger, more confident, and more resilient than before. Whether working with your average joe, elite athletes, or individuals recovering from injury, Ollie aims to educate and empower each client with an evidence-based, personalised approach.
Importantly, Ollie also enjoys working with beginners of all ages, supporting those who are just getting started with exercise - perhaps for the first time in years. He believes it’s never too late to begin moving, and that exercise should feel approachable, achievable, and tailored to the individual.
With a focus on building long-term strength, function, and confidence, Ollie is committed to making rehabilitation and training not just effective, but engaging and meaningful - regardless of your starting point.
Away from the clinic Ollie enjoys a rich work-life balance spending quality time with family and catching up with friends wherever possible and will never say no to a beach day.
